Terms & Conditions- for the supply of hearing aids and related goods & services


Examples of products and prices will be published at www.ndstuart.co.uk and will vary from time to time.

The Supplier (N D Stuart Hearing Care Ltd) reserves the right to revise its price list at any time in accordance with cost variations and market forces.

Product recommendations are based on individual assessment and consultation.  Recommended products may vary from advertised products, however, products and prices will be discussed during individual consultations.  Prior to the supply of hearing instrument(s) a written recommendation will be provided that shall detail the product and price.

Hearing instruments and goods will be sold and services will be provided as detailed on the written recommendation.

Written recommendations/quotes are valid for 30 days.

A written recommendation does not mean that a contract exists.


Payment is due upon receipt of goods, unless alternative payment terms are agreed in writing.  Payment shall only be deemed to be received upon receipt of cleared funds.


The client can cancel any order for the supply of hearing instruments or other goods upto the point of supply.

Refund/Return Policy

In the unlikey event of a hearing instrument proving to be unsatisfactory then providing the return is in new condition and within 60 days of the date of supply, a full refund will be offered.  Exchange for an alternative hearing instrument at a higher or lower price will be considered at the clients request. 

Goods, other than hearing instruments, proving to be unsatisfactory can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of supply.

Risk in the returned goods only passes to the supplier when they are received at the Suppliers place of business, returned with their original packaging, and condition of goods has been inspected.

The supplier reserves the right to refuse accept any goods for exchange or return that are soiled or damaged or have been misused in any way.


N D Stuart Hearing Care Ltd aim to supply hearing instruments within 2 weeks of request.    Hearing Instruments are supplied during a fitting consultation at a place, date & time agreed with the client.

Goods, other that hearing instruments, can be delivered to any address specified by the client.  Delivery shall be deemed to have taken place when the goods arrive at the specified address. 

High value items will require a signature at the point of delivery.  A signature is not required whereby payment is made at point of delivery. 

Delivery time variations will be notified to the client.

N D Stuart Hearing Care Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy.

Information collected is limited to that required to provide you with the best possible service.

We do not disclose client information to third parties, other than where necessary to fulfil an order.

Financial details are used only for a current financial transactions and are not stored by N D Stuart Hearing Care Ltd.
